Battle of Portland Day 92 (Antifa/BLM vs. United States)
There is no first amendment right to riot, intimidate, and destroy. Fuxking animals just being animals. If that's how they want to act, that's how they should be treated

Quote:The man being investigated by police in the fatal shooting of a Trump supporter in Portland identifies as Antifa and is an ardent Black Lives Matter supporter. Michael Forest Reinoehl was previously arrested at an Antifa riot in July and charged with illegally possessing a loaded firearm and other crimes. He was let go and the charges were never pursued. He allegedly went on to kill Aaron "Jay" Danielson on Saturday night in downtown Portland.

The Oregonian was first to report that Reinoehl, 48, is being investigated by Portland police for the homicide. He has not been formally named or charged.

In the early hours of July 5 during the start of violent Antifa and Black Lives Matter riots outside the Mark O. Hatfield federal courthouse, Reinoehl was cited for possessing a loaded gun in a public place, resisting arrest, and interfering with police. He was photographed at the time fighting cops while on the ground. A gun laid on the ground next to him. He was cited, released and spent no time in the county jail. Like for the majority of those arrested at riots, local prosecutors did not pursue the charges.

Danielson, the homicide victim, was shot in the chest in downtown Portland just before 9 p.m. by a man believed to be Reinoehl, who fled the scene on foot. Video recorded of the shooting shows Danielson lying motionless on the ground immediately after two shots are fired. He wore a blue pro-police patch on his shorts at the time of his death. He was a participant in the “Trump 2020” car caravan that drove in and around Portland and was an associate of Portland-area conservative group, Patriot Prayer.

When part of the caravan arrived in downtown earlier in the evening, Antifa rioters confronted the drivers by throwing rocks, eggs and other projectiles. In response, pro-Trump drivers and passengers were seen shooting them with paintballs and spraying them with pepper spray. Some rioters tried to physically block cars from driving in the road using their bodies or other barriers.

Katie Daviscourt, a Seattle conservative activist, knew Danielson. "He wasn’t a violent type. [He] just loved this country and our president," she tells The Post Millennial.

Reinoehl has an extensive social media history that shows he identifies as Antifa and has been at many of the riots in Portland. He posted frequently about Black Lives Matter and even has a tattoo of the "black power" fist on his neck.

On Instagram, Reinoehl posted in June: "Every revolution needs people that are willing and ready to fight. There are many of us protesters that are just protesting without a clue of where that will lead. That's just the beginning that's where the fight starts. If that's as far and you can take it thank you for your participation but please stand aside and support the ones that are willing to fight. I am 100% ANTIFA all the way! I am willing to fight for my brothers and sisters! Even if some of them are too ignorant to realize what antifa truly stands for."

He continued: "We are currently living through a crucial point in Humanities evolution. We truly have an opportunity right now to fix everything. But it will be a fight like no other! It will be a war and like all wars there will be casualties."

Reinoehl also touted his military experience and desire for armed conflict: "I was in the army and hated it. I did not feel like fighting for them would ever be a good cause. Today's protesters and antifa are my brothers in arms. This is a Cause to fight for This truly is fighting for my country!"

Portland has been the focus of nearly 100 days of continuous violence organized by Antifa and far-left activists. Multiple public buildings have been smashed, broken into and set on fire since late May.

Livestream video recorded soon after the shooting on Saturday shows Antifa black bloc militants outside the Justice Center celebrating Danielson’s death by dancing and cheering. Some Antifa accounts on Twitter had earlier wrongly claimed that a "fascist" killed one of their black comrades.

“He was a f*cking Nazi! Our community held its own, and took out the trash,” shouted a woman on a bullhorn. The crowd cheered in response.

Reinoehl is believed to still be at-large. He currently has a warrant for his arrest for an unrelated June 8 incident in eastern Oregon where he is charged with driving under the influence, recklessly endangering another, driving while suspended and uninsured and unlawful possession of a gun. Police in Baker County allegedly found him driving while in possession of drugs and an illegal handgun. His 11-year-old daughter was the passenger at the time.

Quote:A 48-year-old man who was accused of carrying a loaded gun at an earlier downtown Portland protest is under investigation in the fatal shooting Saturday night of a right-wing demonstrator after a pro-Trump rally.

Michael Forest Reinoehl calls himself an anti-fascist and has posted videos and photos of demonstrations he attended since late June, accompanied by the hashtags #blacklivesmatter, #anewnation and #breonnataylor.

Reinoehl was raised in Sandy and has had recent addresses in Northeast Portland, Gresham and Clackamas. He described himself on social media and in a video interview with Bloomberg QuickTake News as a professional snowboarder and contractor who has former military experience but “hated” his time in the army.

Sources familiar with the case but not authorized to speak said police are investigating Reinoehl. A family member also identified him as a man captured in photos and video seen leaving the shooting scene shortly before 9 p.m. Saturday.

Aaron Danielson, a supporter of the conservative group Patriot Prayer, was shot in the chest and died in the street. It was soon after most cars in a caravan of supporters of President Donald Trump had left the city’s downtown streets.

Reinoehl’s posts indicate he attended many protests in Portland that began three months ago after the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis under the knee of a police officer.

On July 5 at one of the demonstrations, Reinoehl was cited at 2:10 a.m. in the 700 block of Southwest Main Street on allegations of possessing a loaded gun in a public place, resisting arrest and interfering with police

He was given a date to appear in court later that month, but the allegations were dropped on July 30 with a “no complaint,” according to court records. The documents don’t indicate why prosecutors decided not to pursue the accusations. Reinoehl spent no time behind bars.

Brent Weisberg, a spokesman for Multnomah County District Attorney Mike Schmidt, said the office is still reviewing that July case involving Reinoehl.

Schmidt earlier Sunday decried the deadly violence. He took office on Aug. 1 and quickly announced that he wouldn’t pursue low-level charges against demonstrators, such as interfering with police or resisting arrest. He wasn’t district attorney when the office handled Reinoehl’s gun case.

Video images of the fatal shooting captured a tall, thin white man in a hat and white tube socks running from the scene at Southwest Third Avenue and Alder Street around 8:45 p.m. Screenshots zeroed in a tattoo of a fist on the man’s neck.

The grainy video and other photos, together with witness statements from live streamer Justin Dunlap, suggest the victim may have used some type of mace or pepper spray and then collapsed after gunshots ring out.

Reinoehl’s 36-year-old sister said she was awakened just before 8 a.m. Sunday by a threatening phone call from someone who told her that “our whole family was in danger unless we turned him over.”

“That’s how I found out,” that her brother was allegedly involved, she told The Oregonian/OregonLive.

She called Sandy police to report the threat, she said. Once she looked online and saw screenshots of her brother’s photo, she said she called Portland detectives.

“We reached out to police and confirmed that we recognized Michael in the screenshots,” she said. She asked that her name not be used because of the threats.

Michael Reinoehl has been estranged from the family – including her, their parents and a younger brother – for at least three years, his sister said.

“On the one hand, this whole thing surprises the daylights out of us, because we always thought he is a lot of bark, not a lot of bite,” she said. “But he’s also been very impulsive and irrational.”

Reinoehl has stolen their mother’s seizure medication and owes a lot of debt, often giving his relatives’ addresses as his own to avoid responsibility, she said.

He has a son and daughter and is split from their mother, she said.

“I have friends, family and loved ones on both sides of the conflict,” Reinoehl’s sister said. “Violence begets violence and hatred begets hatred. This is not the solution. My heart goes out to the victim. It always has, before I even knew my brother was involved.”

Reinoehl is also wanted on a failure to appear warrant in a June 8 speed racing case in Baker County in eastern Oregon. He and his 17-year-old son were racing in two different cars at speeds of up to 111 mph heading east on Interstate 84 after midnight near North Powder, according to state police.

Michael Reinoehl faces allegations including driving under the influence of a controlled substance, recklessly endangering another, unlawful possession of a gun and driving while suspended and uninsured.

He was stopped driving a 2005 Cadillac STS with his 11-year-old daughter as a passenger, police said. Inside the car, police said they found marijuana, “unidentified prescription pills” and a loaded Glock pistol for which Reinoehl didn’t have a concealed handgun license.

Shortly after that, Reinoehl began posting about the protests in Portland.

On June 16, he wrote, “Every Revolution needs people that are willing and ready to fight. There are so many of us protesters that are just protesting without a clue of where that will lead. That’s just the beginning that’s that where the fight starts. If that’s as far as you can take it thank you for your participation but please stand aside and support the ones that are willing to fight. I am 100 % ANTIFA all the way! I am willing to fight for my brothers and sisters! ... We do not want violence but we will not run from it either! ... Today’s protesters and antifa are my brothers in arms.”

On the Bloomberg video posted July 27, Reinoehl said he had been shot and turns to the camera to show a bloody bandage on his right arm. He claimed he intervened in an earlier fight between a man with a gun and Black youths.

He said on the video that he’d been “working security and trying to keep protected” someone in the crowd when he got shot as he tried to wrestle a gun away from the man harassing the kids. He didn’t say where that it happened. The account couldn’t be immediately confirmed.

On July 2, Reinoehl wrote on Instagram, “We will not stop until there is change. Now more than ever we need to join together. Join the cause support the people that are willing to take a rubber bullet. Give them supplies food water Medical anything that can help. Bring balloons and paint for paint balloons. #blaklivesmatter #breonnataylor.”

His social media pages also are filled with videos and photos of him snowboarding at Mt. Hood Meadows, sometimes with his dog Ezo accompanying him.

In a February Facebook post, Michael Reinoehl wrote that “it can be hard and confusing at times living in a world consumed by individuality.”

“When as beings we truly are connected to everything in the university and Beyond. Some of us feel trapped in a shell surrounded and controlled by individuals that have no clue,” he says in the post. “Or even worse refuse to accept the truth because they would have to give up their control. For those of you who know and feel the same as I do know this. Our time here is short, always stay true to what you know. And know that you are here to help the innocent ones who do not know. Be that bright light to the ones who are lost. And as you like your own way hopefully some will follow. #love #loveeverything #loveeveryone.”

In one post, he shared a video of people burning a “Trump 2020” flag outside the Multnomah County Justice Center steps earlier this summer. A post from November 2015 shows a Trump face painted on the wall of a restroom with a urinal in place of the mouth. Another post shows a poster of Malala Yousafzai with the quote: “With guns you can kill terrorists. With education, you can kill terrorism.”

Other posts appear to be tied to the Free Thought Project, which bills itself on its website as a “hub for Free Thinking conversations about the promotion of liberty and the daunting task of government accountability.”

Other posts display pictures of his family, friends and his dog and describe him seeking work cleaning gutters to make extra money. In a 2018 post, he says he works for a company that remodels houses. His Facebook page says he studied television production at Mt. Hood Community College.

On Sunday, much of his social media filled up with others commenting, posting pointed messages such as “Turn yourself in” to “You better pray to God that the law gets to you first…Because The Patriots are Storming!!”

Quote:On Saturday night, a day after Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler again refused President Trump's offer to help end the violence and mayhem in the city, a pro-Trump and Blue Lives Matter supporter was gunned down in cold blood.

Friends say Jay Bishop, whose real name was Aaron Danielson, was the man gunned down in the streets of Portland Saturday night. Bishop was a pro-Trump supporter and alleged member of Patriot Prayer, a group advocating for free speech and small government. The group is known to stage rallies in liberal-dominated areas.

Journalist Andy Ngo reported that while the shooting remains under investigation and no suspect has yet to be identified, "the alleged shooter based on videos says he is antifa in his writings [and] has been at many of the Portland riots."

President Trump retweeted a Twitter post that blamed Bishop's death on Antifa, the ironically-named terrorist organization that has helped make Portland the hellhole it is today.

According to Oregon Live, the identity of the shooting victim was confirmed by Andrew Duncomb, a black conservative who was knifed at a Portland protest back in June, and Joey Gibson, the leader of the Patriot Prayer group Bishop belonged to. Journalist Andy Ngo also confirmed Jay Bishop was the victim of the shooting.

The events leading up to Bishop's death remain under investigation. But video of the shooting appears to capture a man shouting "We got [unintelligible] right here," seconds before gunfire breaks out and Bishop is fatally shot.

For months, Democrats have condoned the violence, mostly by denying its existence, while rioters have terrorized cities, killing people, beating bystanders, assaulting cops, burning buildings, looting businesses, tearing down statues, and vandalizing property.

On Sunday, both Democratic candidate Joe Biden and Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler were forced to acknowledge the violence and finally condemned it, but their apologies were immediately followed by gaslighting, seeking to blame the leftwing violence on President Trump and his so-called divisive rhetoric.

RE: Battle of Portland Day 97 (Antifa/BLM vs. United States) 1 Dead

Quote:A rioter currently accused of stabbing two civilians to death in June was arrested at a violent protest in downtown Portland just one week earlier and quickly released without bail.

39-year-old Phillip Lawrence Nelson was previously taken into custody by the Portland Police Bureau the morning of Jun. 12 for interfering with a peace officer, a class A misdemeanor, Multnomah County Detention Center booking information reads. His criminal charge was not pursued by the district attorney at the time and dismissed the next day, KOIN 6 News reported.

Nelson now faces two counts of first-degree murder and is being held without bail. Several days after the Antifa protest incident, he allegedly stabbed Cassy Leaton, 22, and Najaf “Nate” Hobbs, 39, on Jun. 16 near Northeast Davis Street.

This case parallels the fatal Portland shooting on Saturday night in which an alleged Antifa militant, Michael Forest Reinoehl, killed a Trump supporter, Aaron "Jay" Danielson. Reinoel was also arrested at a prior Antifa riot in July and charged with illegally possessing a loaded firearm among other crimes. He was similarly let go without spending time in the county jail and the charges levelled against him were never pursued by local prosecutors.

Early Jul. 5 outside the Mark O. Hatfield Federal Courthouse, Reinoehl was cited for possessing a loaded gun in a public place, resisting arrest, and interfering with police. He was photographed fighting officers while on the ground while a gun laid beside him.

In a third gun-related incident, Reinoehl was shot in the arm in late July when he attempted to wrestle a gun from a stranger during a scuffle in downtown Portland, The Oregonian reported. Reinoehl’s wounding occurred after a brawl began in Lownsdale Square, the city park across the street from the federal courthouse. Marquise "Keese" Love had joined the fight, who himself was arrested in a separate brutal assault in August caught on camera when he allegedly kicked a man's bleeding head and knocked him unconscious.

However, in this case, Nelson did not appear to have a criminal history in the state of Oregon. According to court records for the double murder, Nelson reportedly told authorities that he was homeless, dwelling in the Portland area for two months before the crime occurred.

It's speculated that the murder stemmed from an ongoing dispute between the victims and the suspect. Records show that the deceased's roommate told police that the three of them were initially renting the unit in a fourplex from Nelson, who claimed to be the owner of the building. When the trio realized that Nelson was actually just squatting there, they immediately changed the locks to their unit, enraging Nelson as a result.

On the afternoon of the homicides, surveillance footage filmed Hobbs and Leaton entering the basement of their building where the water control is located. The pair returned upstairs, but then retreated just a minute later. Afterwards, the video captured Leaton escaping from the basement while stumbling and shouting for help before collapsing. Bystanders rushed to her side but failed to revive her.

Both victims were stabbed numerous times, according to the medical examiner. A police officer reportedly found Hobbs’ body on the stairs followed by a trail of blood leading towards the basement. The officer also allegedly found a long-bladed knife and a “significant amount of blood” inside the basement.

The surveillance video allegedly captured Nelson fleein
ves also reportedly discovered blood stains on the inside and outside handles of the door.

On the night of Nelson's arrest on Jun. 18 two days after the stabbing, the detainee listed the lower left unit of the fourplex as his address, police cited. He was booked into the Multnomah County Inverness Jail in East Portland.

Nelson is scheduled next to appear in court on Sept. 28.

I'm sure there's a lot of good info in this thread, but it's making my whole computer slow to a crawl and most of this page still hasn't loaded. Oh well, I'll leave my post here in case some of you have mega high powered computers. I can't even get a preview post to see if this works.
