anyone ask this guy if he has a permit for that weapon?

Border wall
Secure border
Agents patrolling border
Armed agents patrolling border

All things for which they hate Trump and him immigration policies.

Hey, if you don't "document" your policy does that mean it's not a policy even when you engage in certain activity related to your non-policy?

They should completely demo the whole 6 blocks then leave it in a pile of rubble and vacant as a reminder of how things like this will end if it starts up again in the future.

I can't wait for the Bikers to arrive.

It will look like that scene from Bronx Tale except the Bikers are giving the beatings instead of taking them.... Roll into town, roll through the barricades, and then put them back up behind them so nobody can get out.

He does. It's called The Second Amendment.

CHAZ's Constitution has TWO Amendments already? What was the first?

BTW, even in the USA you still need to have a permit to legally own such a weapon, and you already know this. Don't be obtuse.

I own more than one such weapon, all legally purchased, and I have NO permit for them. God bless the Constitution. I do have a handgun carry permit, but I owned many guns long before I got that. There may be states where you need a permit to buy guns, but I've never lived in one (apparently you do?), nor do I ever plan to.

good for you, but the State of Washington is a different animal:

https://lawcenter.giffords.org/machine-g...ine%20gun.

Quote:Washington prohibits any person from manufacturing, owning, buying, selling, loaning, furnishing, transporting, or having in his or her possession or under his or her control any: 1) machine gun; or, 2) any part designed and intended solely and exclusively for use in a machine gun.

The state also prohibits any person, in the commission or furtherance of a felony, to discharge, menace or threaten another person with a machine gun.

Dude, that's an AR-15, not a "machine gun". The collective firearms knowledge of the Left is astonishingly mediocre. Washington state is an open carry state. Him carrying that AR is completely legal assuming he can legally own a gun at all (i.e. not a felon).
