My guess is they appreciated the bump in income they got from the added unemployment and stimulus. Im hearing that wages went up 10% across the board. The next poll cycle after the riots should be interesting.

SO, whats the next con-game the left is going to try prior to the election? Russia didnt work. Fake whistleblower / impeachment didnt work. Unneeded lockdowns didnt work. Protests didnt work. Whining about him holding up a bible didnt work. Getting a porn star to publish a study that said hydroxychloroquine was a death drug didnt work.

In one form or another that's what's next.

There's supposed to be a million marching in D.C. this weekend. Their mayor is trying to push the National Guard out. The DOD is telling Trump he can't use regular troops (which I'm not sure is true in D.C.).

They are going to attack the White House.

If people get shot because of it, they run with that. If they sack the White House, it was Trump's White House. If they all get gassed and arrested, that will be a horrible injustice too.

Get some popcorn. The show is this weekend. They can't wait any longer.

I think this will be peaceful. They won't run the mass shooting yet b/c the rallies are still going strong.

Historically, even a majority of conservative African-Americans vote for democrats.

40% can approve of Trump, but if they’re just going vote for the democrat anyway, it’s a problem and a losing strategy.

I'm in East Tennessee. I talked to my next door neighbor. She is a teacher.

Her administrators are not sure school will open on time or when. Normally they open in early August. I think the administrators either have cold feet or are under political pressure.

They are also talking about splitting the students into two "shifts" so they can socially distance in the classrooms.

If we are going to get the schools open, we are going to have spend July making a lot of noise DEMANDING that they open them. Otherwise, they admins will simply keep them closed. It's easier for them. They still get paid and there's is no perceived risk to their jobs.

The title of this thread is a bit misleading. It isn't +40% (insinuating it is up 40), it IS 40%. Which is up 10% from their (Rasmussen, which is the darling of conservative poll sites) poll in December. I do stand slightly corrected. The poll is sponsored by a different entity every week. So Mike doesn't have anything to do with it beyond paying some money to ensure it is carried out.

I'd assume the SS has Trump slipping off to Camp David or even Mar-a-Lago for their Orange Man Bad hissyfit.

If not, that's a pretty startling dereliction of duty IMO.
