Of course not. It's on the engraving plate or autopen or whatever they use.

But, just like everything else, they gotta be printed and individualized as to amount name, address etc. It's not like they print off 350 million checks and drop them from helicopters (I know you know this, it's others I'm not so sure of) and hope for the best.

It will likely take a week or two, running 24-7 to get physical checks out to everyone, direct deposit based on last years filing will obv be much quicker.

I got my direct deposit today. Now I can file 2019 return, 2019 was a very good year for NCHF so waiting to file paid a $2,900 dividend based on 2018, wouldn't have got that based on 2019. Now wait for a market drop to buy some stock.
