Sorry guys, I’m not buying the hype. This thing is either overhyped, or we are not being told the complete truth about it.
You do know 18 people died in ONE nursing home there right?
Oh and the POTUS just can on TV and contradicted everything he has been tweeting.... Lol

Panama there is nothing funny about how the government is reacting to this very fluid rapidly changing tragedy. Seriously LOL? I can't rap my mind around this given what is happening. Scary that it appears to a political event for some.
I dont know anyone that uses the term lol literally... at this point its just habit for a lot of people especially those of us that grew up on yahoo and aol messenger.

I don’t understand why places announce closures three days in advance. If it really is bad, why not close immediately??? Disneyland has announced they will close after Saturday. Is it safe over the next couple days, but Sunday would be dangerous???

Exactly...Cobb County schools in Metro ATL are closing Monday...despite a case at an elementary school in Northeast Cobb reported a couple of days ago and the state's first death happening in Cobb earlier today. Why? School will be in session tomorrow barring a late announcement tonight.
I believe that Fulton schools waited a few days from the first confirmed positive test of a staff member to actually announce they were closing (I could be wrong about the exact timeline...the staff member went to the hospital last Friday but Fulton schools didn't close until this Tuesday...maybe it took that long to get the test results), but at least they didn't announce they were closing and THEN have another day of school after the announcement.
If you are announcing you are closing indefinitely, or for two weeks, or for however long, just do it right away and don't make the kids come to school for the day after that announcement. I can't find any sense in doing things that way.

Same thing in Little Rock. Schools closing Monday. So everything is fine tomorrow? Seemed strange to me as well.

They closed down TAMUCC and TAMU-Kingsville, plus CCISD but we have 6 other school districts in the county that have not announced closures.
Have 2 people in quarantine in the area trauma Hospital and today they announced another person, whom they are 90% sure has it, at the Children's Hospital here.

I have grandsons in kindergarten and third grade. Their schools are still open. The way small kids bounce off each other they should know how easily the virus could move. Are they going to wait until it is brought in. Shut it down. If it spits snow they close school. Treat this the same way. You have all summer to make it up.
