Littleson proving to be the difference maker tonight. He missed the first game against EMU.

Marreon now leading three point shooter in a single season at Toledo... Wow. He takes a ton.

Nice win after the NIU debacle. The seniors combined for 1fewer rebound than EMU’s total.

Great to end the regular season with a 22 point victory! Great performances from Marreon with 26 points, Littleson with 19 points, and the two seniors each with a double double (16 pts. and 15 rebounds for Willie, 16 pts. and 12 rebounds for Luke).

On to the MAC Tournament where anything can happen!

Well I'm 2-0 on games I've attended for the Rockets this year. The thing that struck me as very strange is that with a 30-point lead late in the game, Kowalczuk stuck with the starters instead of getting others into the game to try to play evenly against the EMU starters. I couldn't understand it. He did that all the way up to around 2:16 left before he pulled Knapke. Then at around 1:40 left, he pulled W. Jackson. And that was it. Do they only have 3 guys on the bench that can play?

So think about this - In order to win the conference championships, they will have had to play 5 games in 9 days - or win 4 games in 6 days with what looks to be a very short bench. Good luck with that. Year number 40 without a trip to the Big Dance. At least it's not as long of a drought as BGSUcks.
