The question for those closer to what's happening, are injuries, coaching, or something else the reason for Temple's inconsistency from game to game? Something has to improve and soon. I never thought I'd see the day where both Penn and Penn State are better in basketball than Temple.
Substitute Calhoun for Chaney and UCONN for Temple. Same deal.
With that small difference that UConn won a national championship in this league with Kevin Ollie, not Jim Calhoun.
why do uconn fans do this..when they themselves agree..
non uconn fans: uconn will only ever be good under calhoun
uconn fans: we won a title under ollie
different non uconn fans: uconn has been trash for the last 6 years
the same uconn fans: we sucked because ollie was trash, he only won because he had calhouns players
you guys love to play both sides of that argument
I'm just stating the fact that UConn won a national championship under Kevin Ollie. So they are a program that has won past Calhoun. That's all. It's not more complicated than that Pesik. It's a fact. I know facts are something you struggle with.

thats a weak and borderline dumb rebuttal when you know the point they were making/. you are either being purposefully obtuse or have very bad interpretation skills
the point: without calhouns hand in the program and developing players, uconn wont ever be great again. (in this instance saying the same for chaney with temple)
saying you won a title with ollie, when everyone in the conversation is aware of that, and everyone in the convo even uconn fans acknowledge those were calhoun developed players is nonsensical and adds absolutely nothing against the point being made
andd sorry for the spice, you brought it first
