This is great. I had hoped for this hire. As I stated, OM was extremely proud of the Assistant Coaches they hired last year. Those fired coaches are one great resource for us. Thank you OM!! Timing is everything.

Absolutely fantastic hire. Silverfield in just a few short weeks has managed to keep Coxie, keep White and now hire a big time DC. WOW!

Great hires. Seems like we would have to bump up the assistant pool money next year. CRS will be a good coach because he knows how to get a staff together.
