To be clear here, is the woman who just filed the lawsuit the alleged cheerleader who says she was raped a year and a half ago? I can't tell if the title of this thread was edited recently, which blurs the timeline of all this.

Plaintiff is a student-athletic trainer claiming sexual assault, in which the lawsuit has uncovered a dozen other improprieties when UE had to turn over their records.

The cheerleader rumor is from when the thread was created. It originally linked a tweet as the source, but that tweet must’ve been deleted in the 16 months since.

The cheerleader rumor isn’t referenced in the lawsuit.

It's behind a paywall, so here's a summary:
- 10 women alleging sexual misconduct
- 2 women alleging rape
- 1 rape victim claiming it resulted in a pregnancy and DNA testing confirmed it was McCarty's, which he then paid for an abortion in Spring 2020 (article doesn't confirm if this was the rumored cheerleader from 3 years ago)


Remarkably, Walter McCarty is active daily on Twitter tweeting as if nothing happened and liking pictures of girls in bikinis.

He needs to be prosecuted and/or have MAJOR civil suits. Sounds like a real predator.
