Grace Forbes at NCAA Cross Country Championships
Freshman Grace Forbes will be among the 253 runners competing in the NCAA Women's Cross Country Championships tomorrow in Terre Haute, Indiana.
The women's 6K (~3.75 mile) race will begin at 10:15 a.m., CST.
It is already an outstanding season for Grace, as her 6th place finish at regionals tied Marissa (Daniels) Jamieson's record for the highest finish for a Rice freshman.
If she can finish among the top half of the runners on Saturday, that would be a tremendous achievement, particularly since this is just her 4th race of the season.

Nice move at the end of the race! She went from 137th to 125th to 87th at the splits.
