All signs point toward an FAU beatdown. FIU is dealing with multiple injuries to the O-line, just lost our most dynamic WR for the remainder of the year (and punt returner in Maurice Alexander), and the Defense is dead last in C-USA in rushing defense. Not great!

Looking like the weather is going to be UGLY for this one tonight. Not sure it favors either team.

Keeping the kitties from bowl eligibility would be icing on the cake this year because their last two games are Miami and Marshall.

No! 50-60% chance of rain and 15 to 20 mph winds. Probably a sparse crowd.

Even though I think the kitties will lose their last two games I will be rooting for them in both.

Davidson runs it 30 yards on 4th down and follows up with another 10 yard run for a TD.

That was a true beat down. The kitties only score was a missed assignment for a 90 yard run.

That program has issues.

Butch has got a big job on his hands trying to right that ship. Injuries, huge gaffes on the offense, and inadequate defense is what doomed FIU. They were truly never in the game.

This is a talent gap. He needs better bodies. Davis needs to get serious on the recruiting side and build that program.

Correct, I know they have some injuries but those two teams were not on the same level. I believe Morgan is done this year which is another big issue.

Which is curious, because Butch certainly got highly rated (as far as C-USA is concerned) recruiting classes.

Many FIU fans are not pleased with the style of football that is being played. FIU opened 90% of drives with a run. It’s a very predictable offense. The rushing game was non-existent. The O-line has played poorly all year. The inability to stop the run is mind-boggling. Our two DC coordinators need to go. Totally inexcusable play all year.

There is definitely talent on the roster. It’s just being utilized incredibly poorly.
