also, I think there are some that think OOC doesn't matter much- if you do well in conference play, that's all that matters.....

And I think that's absolute crap.... OOC play is 40% of your schedule. That's a lot.

You're right that it's not working now, but when it does work there's a cheaper way to watch. You can go to https://www.flosports.tv/caa/ and pay $12.50 per month or $7.99 per month if you pay for a year. I paid expecting to only get CAA games, but includes everything. I would have missed watching Hofstra play Men's Basketball if it cost $30 per month or $12.50 per month if you pay for a year because I didn't want to pay that much. I was willing to pay $12.50, and I'm going to pay for four or five months.

Duke had 2 points and 6 turnovers in overtime. The Southland was last in the Conference RPI. I know it's early and most teams haven't played conference games, but I still wonder if Number 1 in a poll had ever lost to a team in the worst conference in the Conference RPI before tonight. I hate Duke, so I'm happy. The game improved the Southland from .4131 to .4195, but they're still last. The SWAC at .4266 and MAAC at .4265 are the next worst conferences. The Southland is 9-52 (.1475) out of conference vs. Division I. It will take a miracle for a Southland team to get an at-large bid, but not many bubble teams will have a win as good as winning at Duke.
