So as of this moment:
63 teams in. 14 play this weekend to get eligible including Charlotte v Marshall, and FIU v Miami. Also, Oregon State plays Wazzu in a winner gets in game. Kentucky is playing Tennessee Martin is the most likely to go eligible this weekend.
26 schools are out (I’m counting Missouri as out). 26 teams (Army has a bye) are playing lose and out games including UNT v Rice and UTSA v FAU.
Kent state and Ball State and Coastal and Monroe are playing loser is done games. Chapel hill plays Mercer (setting up a potential loser goes home game in week 14 vs NC State, while Mississippi St played Abilene to set up a must win Egg Bowl.

Well if Marshall is gonna take one for the good of the conference to help Charlotte out then FIU is going to expect the same next weekend unless FIU can beat Miami this weekend as FIU is currently 5-5.
