Those are very good times. In high school, I ran the 400, 800, 1,500, 3200 and mile relay. Your times have me beat.

Didn’t matter at the time... we had the 2 time national champion 800 runner from Africa while running against Kenyans from ACU.

In my freshman year at Tarleton got lapped on lap 10 of 5000m by a runner from Tanzania. Felt better 6 years later when he finished 16th in Olympic marathon. World class runners are at a different level than most D1 or D2 runners. This eye opening experience helped me understand how important getting my education was and to enjoy the opportunity to compete beyond high school. Not a world class runner.

I mean, at least that's something. I received nothing. Turns out schools don't want a 175 lb DT/OG or a 6' post that can't score. Good defense and my Free Throw percentage was comparable to an NBA player.

Only he can defend that. Interesting though we had 4 guys at D2 level beat your school record.
And for the record, the great Olan Coleman once ran a 9.97 100m, I know that for a fact.

It does add up. The site you showed doesn’t have the real record book. I was wrong in the national champion runner, he was an all American. Without loosing my anonymity I am going to stop with this and let you draw your own conclusions.

My bad. Olan Coleman ran a 9.96 100m.
Don't want to short the man that 1/100ths of a second. Dude should have been in the Olympics.

I guess this pretty much makes Oscar's return official, right?

Seattle U adds JC All-American Angelo Stuart, a 6'1, 160-lbs, Sophomore-to-be, guard from Mineral Area (IA) CC; who will have three years of eligibility. As a freshman, Stuart averaged 17.8 ppg, 3.2 rpg, and 2.5 apg while shooting 54.8% from the field, 40% behind the arc, and 80.4% from the free-throw line.

I’m excited to see the on-court chemistry between Freyer and Blacksher. Could be special.

GCU is solid at all five starting positions. The Lopes should be much stronger this season.

PG: Jovan Blacksher (5'11, SO) / Chance McMillian (6'2, FR) / Liam Lloyd (6'5, FR)
SG: Mikey Dixon (6'2, SR) / Rashad Smith (6'5, JR) / Jayden Stone (6'3, FR)
SF: Oscar Frayer (6'7, SR) / Sean Miller-Moore (6'5, SR) / Raef Gerdes (6'7, JR)
PF: Gabe McGlothan (6'8, SO) / Bryce Okpoh (6'7, SO) / Ethan Spry (6'8, SO)
C: Alessandro Lever (6'10, SR) / Asbjorn Midtgaaurd (7'0, SR)

And, Dima Zdor (6'10, JR) will redshirt this season.

Looks like a perfect fit for Hayford's offense. Last JUCO scoring guard SU landed ended up going pretty well (Terrell Brown). SU will be a young team next year. Just two seniors in Aaron Nettles and WSU grad transfer Daron Henson
