No idea, but then if they don't, that doesn't mean much because they have connections we might not have in that space.

Other people reported directly back that it was a supply issue. That's why I am asking. Do you know otherwise?

I imagine there are far more Civil War era napoleons being used in historical demonstrations than M116s. But I have no clue how blanks are produced. Believe what the ROTC told me or not.

Private civil war cannons don't have a casing/shell and rifling, I've been part of the prep for those with the Lions Club. They're just gun powder and wadding.

Might be a dual "availability and cost" issue. Whatever, it's too bad, I liked loud boomer. Made you jump the first score for sure.
