Gutty win for WKU! Defense stepped up, secondary really improved last two weeks...Hard to believe 2-0 in CUSA after first week when everyone left us for dead....One more item, DeAngelo Malone will be playing on Sundays soon enough...

We were fortunate to win this one. The running game was anemic. Both defenses were pretty solid tonight. The Toppers secondary was much improved over the debacle against UCA. UAB was right there all night.

Side note: I was very impressed with your all’s stadium and Bowling Green itself. I wish we were in the East division, cause I’d love to visit here every other year.

Nice game Hilltoppers. The bye week served you well. You made TJIII look like an inexperience pee see QB tonight.

I sure don't want to start anything but at this point I like Storey over Duncan for sure. Just one game but still.

The UAB defense was very solid. Ours just made a few more stops. A hot,close, tense game---now that I'm home-- heading for the shower. Congrats to WKU. We really needed this win!

Well it’s stormy the rest of the year probably. Duncan should get a medical redshirt and have two more years as a 5/6th year junior senior.

That may b true but not to ruffle feathers I'm hoping by then we have an even better qb. I just don't think we can win another cusa championship with Duncan as our feature quarterback. Sorry to say that but just my opinion.

I would love to get an amazing recruit at qb and bring him in and play ASAP. But don’t see us doing that.

Yeh, that was my biggest observation about him. He never looked comfortable at all. Have those issues always been there for him, or was last night out of character for him? Really bad decisions

Extremely out of character. He makes bad decisions here and there, but that game was awful for him. I would be willing to bet that’s the worst game he will ever play as a college qb. The amazing thing is he turned the ball over a million times and our defense still kept us in the game.

WKU now faces ODU. Y'all about to be 3-0 in the league. WKU is a gritty team. Good win y'all.

WKU is certainly making a case for themselves this year. Didn't think they would beat UAB, but they did.

WKU offense will have to step up. Defense won the game (4 turnovers). Can’t count on that every game.
