Reporters (and readers) are no different than us posters.

Win some games and interest goes up; lose games and...

On game days I've seen very high numbers of visitors on this board.

Great positive stat. With the top of the MAC so evenly matched, the little stuff like penalties, turnovers, and kicking game, could easily determine the eventual MAC Champ.

..........And how about that sack/hit by Simeon! Who said he could be our breakout player this year? 03-shhhh 04-cheers

Tough you were indeed spot on! Thanks, bye the way, for staying on this board, your posts are appreciated by me and I am sure all but two of us as well.

Spent a lot of great times with this program, the staff, these kids. Happy to have been a small part of a big turnaround. We've got the QB so I'm really hoping the ball bounces our way, and THIS is the year! I'd say EMU is due after a lot of close calls and heart breaking losses.

04-cheers to all who have stayed the course!

Thanks CC for literally bringing E Michigan football back from the dead after the English years, and almost 2 decades of losing seasons! Great win, and proud alumnus!

Is that a serious question??? Not being negative about Roback, just positive about Glass. Mike Glass is on another level with his combination of arm strength, accuracy, decision making, and running ability.

I agree. Check the stat line from Roback's senior season first 3 tough games and Glass's. Glass is dominating. I think 8 tds and 2 int, Roback was like 2 td and 2 int.

Dude is a baller and trusts his receivers and arm.

Glass may be better, but the situation is very different. Roback had only one reliable receiver. TEs Kilby left and Buschman was injured. We gave up throwing to the middle of the field. And Keen kept calling that back shoulder pass way too often. Porter was having a rough season with dropped passes.

There is no 'back shoulder pass' play in Keen's, or any other OC's playbook. QB's always have multiple options. If your QB pre-determines a back shoulder 50/50 lob, that's on him.

In this video former Raider Lincoln Kennedy explains the back shoulder pass as a play diagramed to get to take advantage of particular coverage.
