What games/stadiums are you going to this year?
Since it is now August and we actually get games this month, I figured it'd be cool to see what everyone's plans are for this season. I suspect most people are just going to see their team and their home stadium, but was curious if anyone had anything new on the agenda.
For me, I'll be going to all the SC home games plus making the trip out to College Station for SC/A&M. Will be my first time going out there and I've heard nothing but good things.
I'll also be going to SC/UNC in Charlotte. I generally hate these neutral site games because they are over priced and under attended, but it is only an hour and a half up the road.
What's everyone else planning for this year?

Holy Hell. At this rate, you've got to be getting close to hitting up all 130.

Outside of Rentschler Field I'll probably make the trip to the UMass away game unless the weather's terrible. Random, but may also catch a game at the Yale Bowl this year just because it's a cool old stadium.

Rentschler Field sounds so 1930's instead of a stadium that I don't think is quite 20 years old yet.

I plan to hit all 6 AState home games.
Original plan was to go to AState at UNLV in week 2 but I'm going to a conference in Reno a month later that I'm paying for myself so I'm not paying airfare to Nevada twice in a few weeks.
Probably drive to Monroe for AState at ULM. Depending on the stakes and my mood, might go to Mobile for the regular season finale at South Alabama

You're pretty spot on, given that Rentschler Field draws its name from the decommissioned airfield it's built on, also named Rentschler Field, that was originally built for the Army and began operation in 1933.

Right now, I've just got the first for weeks set.
I am going to Miami/UF in Orlando with my family and flying back Sunday afternoon to SFO.
Week 1, I head back to Florida for Wisconsin@USF (OAK-TPA)
Week 2, I'll fly SFO-ATL for USF@GT.
Week 3, I stay much closer to home for North Texas@Cal to see the game with some old friends.
Not sure where I'll go after that, possibly an Oregon State game is the price is right and airfare to PDX is good as I really don't like to drive more than seven more hours now.

Does Cooper Field count?
Didn't think so.

DFW Hoya, what is Cooper Field?? If it's college football, at any level, it counts, IMO. Sadly, I won't be going to any games until my son grows up some more. Then I will be attending games again, with him.

It’s Georgetown's field, all 2,500 seats of it. I’ve lived right across the river from it the past four years and I haven’t gone to a game yet. Plan to rectify that.
Also hope to get to ODU and Navy this season. Never been to a superstadium so perhaps I try to hit Penn State or Tennessee.

It will be the last conference game played at Ladd Stadium! And if the Mobile, Alabama Bowl moves to USA’s new Hancock Whitney Stadium then it might be the last time Arkansas State plays there too.
