Nah, they could just use their share of the Yukon buyout and hire away the entire North Dakota State coaching staff right now. Thanks to the transfer portal the team they would field in the 2020 season would be at least a 4 win team, and improve every year afterwards.

They’ed Have to spent HUGE amounts of money on Cessna stadium

Yes. Wichita (southern Kansas, unlike KU and KSU) is a simple 5 hour drive from one of the largest metros in the country (DFW) straight down I-35 and many of the top recruits in the nation. All they have to do is skim off some of the best non B12 recruits from DFW, and they are immediately light years better than UConn. Where do you think Oklahoma State gets all their recruits from, and they are about 100 miles from Wichita.

Southern Kansas, practically in Oklahoma, and fairly close to North Texas. From Wichita to Denton TX (start of DFW metro) it's a 4 hour and 49 minute drive according to google maps.

I vote yes. We had some great games back in Missouri Valley days. I didn't realize they had some great up and coming coaches back in the day.
