But my original statement in another thread has proven to be correct. Augusta set up for his style of play. 600 of his 1003 Fed Ex Cup points came from that one tournament and he has not been competitive in the others. Believe this is the second major in which he failed to make the cut this year.

He has always played a selective schedule picking and choosing courses which he believes he will play well and the majors. Seems that Memphis moving to a WGC tournament has not changed that.

stupid comment....which is about all you ever add around here.

tiger has always played the more prestigious tournaments on the hardest courses. he plays the majors, the world events, jacks tournament, arnies tournament, and a select few others. he was won 82 times on the tour.; if you think he picks courses where he believes he will play well there is no hope for you.

BTW 7 of the top 10 players in the world will be playing in Memphis this year.

Here's a counter I posted to your "correct" original statement. The stats and data are still accurate.

Tiger literally put everything into the Masters. He's been far less than 100% since then. It doesn't surprise me in the least that he isn't attending, and it's honestly a little shocking that there was so much false hope that he would be attending. Tiger is old (for professional golf), has had career-threatening injuries, is currently injured, and has more money than he knows what to do with. I doubt we'll ever see Tiger in Memphis. I doubt others would play under those circumstances, either.

You flip flop so much. Nothing I said was ignorant, and I'm not sorry I may have offended your sensibilities for calling out someone pulling some trashy race-baiting stuff.

But.....not much longer...lol

The genetic mixing under way in the United States is also happening to a greater or lesser degree in other parts of the world, the researchers said. In some places, unique physical traits tailored to the habitat still confer an evolutionary advantage and thus might not bow out so easily; in other places, immigration happens much more slowly than it does elsewhere. According to Stearns, perfect homogenization of the human race will probably never occur, but in general, Earth is becoming more and more of a melting pot.

A varied population forged from the long-term mixing of Africans, Native Americans and Europeans serves as an archetype for the future of humanity, Stearns said: A few centuries from now, we're all going to look like Brazilians.

His game is average for the PGA and he's never been a great personality. I don't understand the hype.

Meanwhile the list of athletes that ARE coming deserve some attention.

Confirming what everyone suspected. You don't understand anything.

Not surprising that you take every chance to minimize the accomplishments of the greatest golfer of all time who happens to be black.

You really ought to ponder your feelings on this if you really think you are not a racist, it is constant theme across many subjects.

Why is he not Asian?

I wonder what would cause more destruction, the 5 iron, or the 9 iron. You could generate more clubhead speed with the 5 iron, but the 9 iron would make a divot.

PGA average is 26 tournaments a year. He has played an average of 15 per year. Remove the majors and his average is 11 tournaments a year.
Have to ask if your knees hurt you as you kneel down in front of him? You are so obsessed with the guy you cannot look at him with any objectivity.
