If you go to http://www.yosefscabin.com/ you will see a message that makes it appear that the cabin is attempting to move to a new hosting site. Somebody goofed.
If you own this site, your new web hosting account is now activated!
Please make sure to replace this page with your own index.htm page.

Agreed. We solved the pig or cow question. We fight about whether to cover the pig in vinegar, vinegar cut with ketchup or some a-holes even sing the praises of mustard.

I couldn't tell you how many times since I started the site in 1997, that it has gone down unexpectedly and a few times it took a while to get it back into operation.
And there were a few times I enjoyed it being down for a day or two, tbh.

YC can be challenging at times... but then again, I play devil's advocate there. I tend to forget quickly how enamored most of the boomers are with social media, and what that entails. Their echo chamber trickles down to bulletin boards.

I like pulled pork as much as the next man but come on that's just not being objective. Brisket is good.

If you put it in there after our server change in 2008. All the old accounts I ported over from the phpBB database autofilled January 1st as a default birthday. Every year, thousands get an email wishing them happy birthday on the 1st and I get emails saying "that's not my birthday" lol.

You probably just haven't had real Texas brisket. It's alright, you just don't know.

I like smoked brisket, doing one with burnt ends Saturday.
But it's not BBQ. That title is only for pulled pork.

Don’t get me wrong. I do like a good brisket. Hell, I love brisket, but if you say BBQ, I’m thinking Lexington style pig shoulder.

I am visiting family in Vale, NC and drove over to Judges in Morganton. That was some good Q. I think one of the best parts of living in the Triad is that I can drive N, S, E, W and in 15 minutes have some great pork BBQ.

Agreed. I have no reason to get through Morganton, anymore, but if I do, I’ll be sure to give it a try.

Hell man any meat smoked over low heat is BBQ and I'll gladly eat whole hog, pork butt, pork ribs, brisket, chicken, turkey, and sausages and enjoy myself.
My rule of thumb is if you think your style is the best bar none, then ship me a couple pounds and let me see if I can agree.

I like this approach lol.
I also think it's hilarious how serious we all are about our BBQ.
I guess we can all find common ground by laughing at the Yankees that think BBQ is hot dogs and hamburgers.
