Actually, there is reason to believe that this baby may not be the first member of the royal family with black ancestry. One of my ancestors is Nicolas Martiau, who also happens to be George Washington's first ancestor to reach the new world (Jamestown, 1620). He is also an ancestor of Queen Elizabeth II. Martiau's ancestry is not known, but there are various accounts that he was African, either black or Moorish (most likely Moorish). So using the Fauxcohontas attribution rules, Queen Elizabeth is African-English, and George Washington was the first African-American president.

The babies' name is Archie Harrison Mountbatton-Windsor.

Simple answer - if he goes by Archie, he's white.

If he goes by Harrison, he's black.
