BTW, yesterday's Margaritaville promotion, coupled with it being Rice professor/staff appreciation nigjt, attracted the largest Reckling attendance of the season-- just under 3,900.

I do not see LaTech -- or any other CUSA team, for that matter -- in the Top 25s of the current D1Baseball, BaseballAmerica or Coaches/USAToday polls.

In the Coaches poll, "also receiving votes" were FAU (14 votes/32nd place), USM (12/34th) and LaTech (2/T44th).

Might you have confused LaTech with LSU, which was ranked 13th (D1B), 14th (BA) & 16th (Coaches) this week?

Was it actually that full? Haven’t been to a game yet this season, but I’ve heard attendance has been hurting.

That might be tickets sold, but no way was it butts in seats or on the hill grass. Guessing 1,000 would be generous.
