We bought a LG washer and dryer but I hate the washer. My favorite still are the ones that fill with water and you throw your clothes in from the top not the side. I swear this new fangled ones only make a bunch of noise like they're accomplishing something but my blue jeans don't smell as clean as I wish. There's nothing like the washers that half fill with water and go chuga- chuga. 03-wink

the older washing machines, with the agitator in the middle, are preferred by many.
You can find them at used appliance stores.

I'm with you but convincing my wife to go back to the Flintstone era will be a hard problem. I can already see her rolling her eyes. LOL
My wife hates spending money on that kind of schit so getting the front load has never even been a consideration.

Mine did when he was 12. He's 21 now. All those years of if were good for him even though he never once learned to get the lines straight.

If your yard is thick enough and in the kind of condition where you can notice the lines, it is in better shape than most anyway (at least around here).

With all the rain we've gotten in TN this Spring, my yard is a verdant paradise of grass that's too tall because I'm only on a every two week cycle for cutting the grass until May. I actually hit my yard guy up today to move me to week to week ASAP because it's borderline white trash looking now and I know my neighbors have to be wondering.

Good to see something stuck. This is the exact reason I mow my own yard.

Did you really wonder if something stuck?
