"Intelligence officials in the briefing responded that that was not consistent with any of the intelligence our government possesses to which the president replied, 'I don't care. I believe Putin,'" McCabe told host Scott Pelley in an interview with "60 Minutes" released Sunday.

Do all treasonous Republicans believe Putin?

Which one has been fired for lying?

How about not believing either one?

By the way, how do we know the described event actually happened? McCabe is a known liar, so his saying so is basically meaningless.

If he were lying I'd expect a few officials would step forward and shoot that Whopper out of the sky.

He’s not lying. The 60 Minutes interview showed him to be very credible & lucid. Quite frankly, I never heard him speak to his days at the Bureau and been demonized so by those looking to provide Trump an out, that I didn’t really know what to expect from him. I hope the Senate or the House provide him a public forum for questioning.

03-lmfao Fired for lying = credible to you? No wonder you guys are imploding.

The cognitive dissonance required to perform the mental gymnastics needed to arrive at the conclusion that this man is a credible source is an awesome thing to behold.

He was fired because he supported James Comey and posed a threat to the President. He was fired because Rosenstein and Mueller were in place and he became expendable. He’s speaking now because Rosenstein is out the door in a month and Mueller is about to wrap up his investigation... not much the President an do at this point to sabotage the investigation.

Trump lied 16x's per day last year and I assume you believe he's credible. If it takes mental gymnastics to see Andrew McCabe as credible, it takes the sideshow contortionist to view Donald Trump as such. Andrew McCabe got his wires crossed in sworn testimony on an unrelated matter to the Trump investigation and now lacks credibility. The fact is, the more the public hears and sees Andrew McCabe, the more the public will see his firing for what it was... a political hit. I hope we see more of him.

You are rapidly descending into full blow delusion. The enemy is at your party's gate and you guys are ginning up the spin machine in hopes of avoiding the onslaught that threatens your party. The criminal acts that your party perpetrated against the American people, you included, are catching up to them and it's amusing watching as you guys squirm nervously.

given what they knew, its completely understandable why they would open up an investigation and explore options if their suspicions proved to be fact. that's not slimy... if your in investigative law enforcement... that's doing your job.

This Putin of democrat lore is a strange character. He is tirelessly working to put America First even to the detriment of his own nation. Truly, a selfless individual. And yet, the Dems seem to hate him.

Ok.. So given what they knew, a fake dossier written by the DNC and passed off to the press and to the FBI as such and used for a FISA warrant... That what you mean?

Or was it to try and oust him by using the 25th Amendment to illegally record conversations to say he was unfit.

Which is it??

That's not investigation, that's a coup and treasonous. In Washington's time, he'd been shot for such.

If you support it, you don't love America, you love a party.

Clearly as a person who claims they're a part of Mensa you can't be this stupid or you're team over country.

But we all know the truth.
