Penny has made more changes in order to win right now than Pastner ever did. Pastner was the most insecure HC in Tiger history. Penny is willing to delegate and learn. The players will respect and listen to Penny instead of rolling their eyes at Pastner. The way Pasnter talked to the players made my stomach turn.
Just remember the season is not over and I'd be surprised to see you post again.

Yep. Penny is plenty secure in himself that he can actually allow his assistants to assist. That is definitely one of the things I love about him and his staff. You are absolutely right about Pastner.
