No, it was legit. Adams lead with his forearm.
The offense isn't getting the passing lanes right.
Different play.
I know which one they're talking about, late in the second half. On the TV replay, it was clear. Yes, the defender was stumbling, but as Adams went to put the brakes on, as his lane was getting cut off, he extended the arm into the defender. Adams didn't complain about this one too much.
On to double overtime.

You know what, I'm changing my outlook. I'm watching a Rice basketball game and having fun, with a mix of anxiety. It's nice to have that feeling back, regardless of outcome.

Offense doesn't look great. WKU scores 5 straight to start

This was on the baseline. He was moving and it definitely was a block.

Wish we'd push more like we were doing early in the half

We’ve also made a lottery pick look bad on both ends. Can’t remember us doing that often.

Pera needed to call TO there. Down 5, nothing going on offense. Should've drawn up a play.

While we’re at preserving the OER, might I suggest that the athletic department hire a sports psychologist. Our baseball team sure as hell needed one for the last half decade and after this collapse tonight, our men’s basketball team needs one.

Huh? Just calling it as it happens - long scoring drought.
Referring to the ones constantly bashing Pera.

You can be extremely thrilled with where we are and how much we've progressed while still being critical of some of his in-game performances.

QMB makes 1-2, WKU up 87-83, with 22 seconds left, Rice fouls on the inbounds

Mullins went right at Bassey and got blocked with 14 seconds left after WKU made both free throws. Needed a three there, probably

Our offense in overtime has either been drive it at the best center in the conference or have Ako heave it from deep. Hasn't been a clinic.

Outcome less than desirable, but I did like the infographic with about 5 minutes to go... ""With so many freshman getting quality time, Is Rice the future of CUSA?"
