DOJ under Obama spied on a CBS reporter, hacking her computer. They have stonewalled for years in her lawsuit. She is suing Eric Holder and the FBI.

Interesting read on the walls the government puts up against being sued.

I wonder if even CBS will cover this. They clearly aren't paying her expenses.

Now you know why the FBI has been so brash with Congress. The litigation to get them to budge takes longer than the term limits.

It all started with the Homeland Security Act and has been embellished since. Everyone needs to acquire a copy of that document, long as it is, and actually read it, and if possible get a buddy who is an attorney to read it with you. It is the document that initiated a police state inasmuch as it covers culpability.

And please note, I'm not dismissing the whole HSA, but like so many bills it had so very much buried in it.
