You think if he went to any team outside of the top 4 (Memphis, Houston, UCF and Cincy) he would destroy this conference?

Hurts would make Memphis more one dimensional than they were last season. Most teams could pack 8 in the box against us all game.
King at Houston would likely keep his starting job if he transferred to Houston. The only reason I think he wouldn't is they have a new coaching staff.

You don’t have a clue do you!

Again, based on what?

He played for dominant teams and was a passable quarterback at best.

He could scramble. Cool.

It'll be interesting to see where he goes but like most P5 Grad transfers i don't expect him to make a huge impact.

Do you want the Baltimore Ravens offense or the Rams offense?

Rams.

Me too!

Everyone has this false belief that all Bama players are better than all other players. It's ridiculous.

Just look at how Keiwone Malone absolutely dominated at Memphis.

Memphis recruits mobile qbs but switch them over to db when they get here. Look at Nolan-Dillard, LaAndre Thomas. I guess Markevion Quinn is next.

Agree with Nole on this one. Alabama won a National Championship with Jay Coker or whatever his name was. They would probably make it to the National Championship game with Scott Scherer as their QB.

Hurts is one dimensional. Most teams (outside of Bama) need a guy who can throw to have a chance at success.

I'm talking about the mobile qbs they recruited. Not exactly McBride's calling card.

The transfer from Navy was never recruited as a QB.
Thomas was actually the one that wanted to move over to DB, according to my friend because he knew he could likely play earlier.

McBride is a DT QB that runs a 4.5 or faster 40. Rushed for 1100 yards in HS, with 21 rushing TDs.

That being said, why isn't he starting over the other Brady? If he can't win the job look for a transfer.

I don't see a transfer at all. Especially not this early.

Brady knows (the most important factor) and runs the offense very well. I think there will be a very healthy QB battle this spring and fall camp, and am really looking forward to it.

LOL

Someone says he’s 5’10 (prolly the most accurate)
Than another comes and says he’s 5’8.
He’ll soon be 5’6

Let’s wait and see what he measures at the combine. Here’s what OK’s assistant AD had to say about that
