RE: Chihuahua Shooting
Chihuahuas are four legged piranhas. My BIL has four and one of them is a little vicious lion in miniature stature. Their teeth are very, very sharp, like I said, like a piranha.

So tell me, oh so sage one, what should the officer have done?

As opposed to your dumb*** 'yee haw' comments, i see nothing at all from you on that. Or, is that all you are capable of?

I guess you are fine with a dog attacking an officer.

I guess you are fine with the douchebag homeowner refusing to call the dog off or, for that matter, even lift a fing finger to control the little ****.

I guess you are fine with the douchebag homeowner refusing to come to street, as the cop attempts to do what he needs to do with the homeowner without further provoking the snapping little ****.

Given those three options, what exactly would you do?

I've stated the *best* option would be to call animal control and have them impound the dogs. If the homeowner resists animal control doing that, lock him up for interfering with a peace officer.

Then the deputy should have cited and arrested the homeowner for assault based on his failure to control the dog. Then he should have cited the douchenozzle for failure to follow a lawful command.

But, the shooting of the dog, was absolutely justified given the situation.

e I guess you think not. All you seemingly can say is 'yee haw' crap. Funny that you dont fing try to even address the situation as shown.

But do what seems to get your rocks off in this thread and type 'Yee Haw', 'So just shoot them' and other lines of non-pertinent crap.

Good for you.

You are assuming a lot....

show me where the dog was attacking anyone? Barking is not attacking, It's about like someone telling a cop I'm going to f' you up and bite your ankles. In that case do you think a cop has the right to shoot a person just because he doesn't shut up?

The cop should have walked back to his car called animal control and waited. There was no rush or danger by doing that.

Was the cop bit? Did he have time to walk back to his car and call Animal Control? Was there other things he could have done other than fire a gun and still remain safe? Was his life in danger? The use of deadly force should be the same for a pet. I say it was a good thing the man did not come out to the street. Since he was fired his boss didn't think it was absolutely justified

RE: Chihuahua Shooting
So you think it is a good thing for someone to ignore a lawful order. Got it.

So you think it is a good thing for a homeowner to *not* call off dogs who are threatening attack. Got it.

The front end of the video it is absolutely clear the homeowner is responding to a request to remove the dogs. He says 'talk to the neighbors about them''

The officer is heard 'That is why I am asking you to. Do you see how he is right now?'

No, I dont think I am 'assuming' a lot here.

Additionally, just after the camera raises up (prior to the shot) you can clearly see the chihuahua in close proximity to the officer, bared downwards.

What do *you* think a dog, coming close, barking, and baring down on its front legs is doing? It is clearly threatening the 'intruder'. Or do you think it is playfully yipping at a fun squirrel that it saw across the street or somefink?

But you think it all hunky dory peachy keen that the douchewad homeowner refuses to call the dog off. Amazing.

As for 'was the cop bit', the cop does not need to wait to get bit. That is a nonsensical position.

Look I agree the best the cop could have done was to throw the fing homeowner in jail after waiting for animal control. And, luckily the damn dog would be put down.

But the cop was *already* in the yard, the homeowner was asked, and as the homeowner was handing out a douche answer the dog kind of went ****-action. Seems to me the homeowner is far more at fault in these circumstances.

The f'ing cop shot a gun with a human in the line of site with a concrete driveway and rocks in the yard where the cop shot . The bullet could have very easily went through the dog hit a rock and the man. What lawful order did he give the man? Do you want to step to the road? That's not a lawful order, it was a request.

What I saw was a officer standing at the rear, or behind a SUV and steps out to shoot a dog that was a few feet away. I saw a dog bark and moving back when he was shot. It wasn't a threaten f'ing mode. It was a jab and bark, stop, jab and bark, stop and the cop steps out and shoots him. You are seeing things if you see this cop in any danger. Again, his boss saw it different than you.

Y’all parading the officer shooting the dog must have the smallest dicks in the world. I was walking my dog in Dec and a little dog, 15-20 lbs, came out after us. A week later we were back on our walk and he charged to attack again. I kicked him in the face...kicked the **** out of him...and he ran away yelping. Now he just sits at his door when I walk by. Quit bri

You are my hero. You so brave....

Glad you understand the concept of a dog attack and that it must be met either by having the dog called off (didnt happen, with the homeowner essentially rhetorically flipping off the cop in that manner), or having the homeowner control the dog, or by using force on the dog.

Not 'parading' him, just saying the cop was jsutified in using the force.

And again you ignore the fact that the cop had told the homeowner not just to have the fing **** dog back off, and not jsut to contol the dog, but to come out to the street. I guess that homeowner is your fing poster boy then.....

What lawful order? Listen to the cop and the homeowner. It was obvious that the cop had told him to control his dog prior to the camera being turned on.

Not justified in lethal force. If a grown ass man is that scared of a small dog then they shouldn’t be trusted with a gun to protect our communities. That dog was as much a threat to him as a 3 year old kid...I’m guessing you would be ok with lethal force on a kid kicking a cop?

I got it now. For you kicking a dog that small *isnt* lethal force, but a gun is. Do you realize how hypocritical your stance is?

You yourself used lethal force on a dog attack. Funny that. You even *brag* about it. I guess that you dont seemingly understand that when "[you] kicked him in the face" *that* was lethal force? And even afterwords you still "...kicked the **** out of him".

That is quite the distinction you bring to bear. Lolz.....
