Bet that cost Middle another 50k I was glad Brohm did not win it in 2016 because it would have cost Western.

To have that Middle team in the championship game and playing better football than anyone in CUSA at the end of the season....should be rewarded. This Middle team would have been 3rd at best in the east in any of the previous 4 years. They overachieved

Tallest midget with the way the east underachieved this year. Should have went to UNT or UAB. Guess Clark got it last year (I think) so they wanted to freshen it up this year.

Can you overachieve more than being “non-existent” to “champs”? That would be, like, infinite overachieve. Maybe CUSA computers can’t handle infinity.

I think Stockstill deserves it. He went from people calling for his head to getting into the championship game. I think Clark is a good coach but he really benefited from the NCAA waiver that gave him a team full of guys that used more years of eligiblity than Case Keenum.

Stockstill = Mediocrity


Most MT fans agree with this.

They had TWO wins out of thirteen games over teams with winning records.

While we are frustrated overall...in my opinion, this was one of the "least" talented teams we have ever had and yet Stock got them to the Championship game.

This was by far his best coaching job in his career.

Clark also did a great job, I can see the case but UAB was more talented and expected to do well.
