Serious question - If China and India refuse to cut CO2 emissions like the rest of the developed world is doing - should America and Europe declare war on these 2 countries to avert disaster because of man made global warming?

That is easy. The answer is America pay more money.

We've been pretty stable, and about 12% down from 2000-2009 peaks


The problem isn't us, folks
