I agree, this will almost definitely be a Top 100 RPI win.

Well, I am normally in the crowd, in the first row. He had a great game, but again-look at the competition-NKU doesn't have the athletes to match up with him. If he puts up half his total Saturday, I will never say a bad word about him again.

Why not? They had no matchups for UC at all. It was either foul or give up a basket.

Oh since when is a good 3 point shooting team not a bad matchup for UC? Even the free throws and it's a tie game?

Right, because if he has a bad game on Saturday, you're vindicated. Got it.

This team has a higher ceiling than I thought. I figured best case for the year would be a 8-9 type seed. They looked really good in the first half. Second half showed what can prevent us from getting there as we were awfully careless with the ball just like Vegas. Do that against top 50 type teams and we'll get blown off the court.

Given the amount of local interest on both sides of the river, I'd be surprised if it wasn't.
No, Bluejackets on main channel, we are regulated to backup channel once again.....
Does anyone in Cincy care about Cowbus Ice Boxing?
I do so there's one FWIW

Quite a few of my friends in Cincy travel up for hockey games, so I would say yes.

If we beat X Saturday, do we start to sniff the polls?

This team sure looks top 25 to me right now. Not saying they are great or perfect. But if they beat X and they deserve to be in. I’d say we are anywhere from 15-30 in nation right now.

RE: NKU game thread
UC is a lot better than I thought they would be at this point. I can’t wait to see this team progress into a very difficult out come March.
One thing NKU does better than UC...build a basketball arena. I still can’t figure what they were thinking when they designed it. The entire presentation from pregame, to stats, to scoreboard usage is just bad.
No championship banners, zero student section excitement, very little pep band time, and an overall blah look creates one of the worst college basketball atmospheres. The old arena with 6,000 fans for a buy game created a more fun environment than whatever we have going now. So many useless large screens. Why do I have to squint to see how many fouls a player has?

Also splashes 3's at a very good clip(44% coming into today) combined, I don't feel the need to ***** about him the way others do.

Scott is really maturing on offense, I feel we're being cheated a bit with Logan Johnson, you can see the talent and potential yet to be realized when watching him. Keith Williams though... I have the feeling will make his mark and be remembered here when all is said and done.

You don't like the new arena. We get it. This is like your fourth post complaining about it.
You do realize that this isn't really a new arena per se. It's an old arena that they had to remodel. It's not like they just started from a clean slate.
Now go back to your balcony at the muppet show. jeesh
