Watch the whole thing Guns. People saying he’s not slick are kinda not giving him enough credit. If by has a southern Texas twang deep in his background means not slick then he’s not slick. But he has plenty of charisma and answered every question with a good answer.

I liked watching Todd squirm the whole time just waiting for someone to ask him why we didn’t go with the same ‘exciting’ system when Brohm left since that was a major part of the pitch yesterday. So...if you want that I guess you didn’t when you hired Mr. NY6 Boise State Powerball Hardpart Skinny Jeans?

The question never came and Todd was able to go poop freely after the interview instead of in his drawers.

Caboni is obviously an intelligent person. But he looks goofy af in those bow ties. The way his hair is slicked back when he walks out with a big goofy smile he looks like Pee Wee Herman with 50 pounds on him.

I feel pretty good about this hire. I like what I heard and the way he said it from Helton. Only time will tell but I think he’ll be light years ahead of Mr. Trainwreck.

It’s around 40 minutes but I watched it this morning. Sped up a couple parts but what wasn’t said and Todd’s squirming was as good to me as what was said. He knows he shittt the bed on Junior Sanford. But was damn glad nobody hammered him on it.

Had the grandson most of yesterday and will this afternoon so I've found something that can take me away from Western football. Mr Bow tie is like you said pee wee herman, only larger. That goofy grin and the way he moves...hard to watch. As for Todd, not my favor person, and I wanted him to get the AD Job. Western needed a change in basketball but the way Todd (and Gary)went about that and after the fact is about as low as you can get.

Then over the last 1.5 years run the Brohm staff into the ground on not recruiting good players or the correct way. Doing that to not have to look in the mirror at the real problem...then go out and hire the OC and one of the main recruiters from that 2015/2016 classes as your head coach. Knowing full well a few others from that staff might be coming back...no wonder he hire Boy Idiot.

Yeah, I wish the media would have asked Todd, what changed and how could Helton be your #1 when he wasn't hired 2 years ago. I will watch the video but it would be a lot better if Mr Bow Tie and Mr Superficial wasn't in it.

I think Western is a lot better with this hire and I went from maybe 5 to most likely at least 7 wins next season.

It was actually nice to see Caboni say his little speech and then zip it... unlike GR who wanted to be the center of attention.

One thing I liked that Caboni said was "We will compete for Championships...PERIOD!".

To be honest we all had to be a little worried that the new president replacing Ransdell wouldn't be as big of an athletics guy as he was. But I think Caboni is just as big of a supporter in athletics. He has a lot of plans to keep moving WKU forward once we take care of some of this debt from all the new buildings we have constructed and remodeled.

Well at least we don’t have to name a building after our old president. First time I’ve ever seen a sitting president name a building after himself. I like a president that does his job and only his job. Let Todd Stewart be the ad.
