Glad we escaped with the win at Charlotte. Their running back is very good,and while our defense keeps allowing those rushing yards, our team keeps winning. Not bad for a team most predicted to have a negative win-loss record.

The play calling today was a big part of FIU’s success today. There were several plays where our defense triple covered one guy and left two or more guys open. You can tell Lambert didn’t design and of them.
Butch did what you have to do the beat Charlotte’s defense. Use the pass to set up the run. Our DL’s never knew who to chase and only got one really good shot on the Qb all day.
