Guilt is presumed without a trial by jury. Isn't that the American way?

Court of Law will probably take 1-2 years to prosecute. Universities are held to a different standard where no student has the "right" to attend said school nor receive a fully paid scholarship.

That's why their Student Conduct Code is so strict and decisions are handed out so swiftly (well before any criminal case goes thru the courts).

Accused will have his day in court if it goes to trial but odds are, to the information that is available, UCF's Student Conduct Board will suspend or expel this football player from school after their process is completed (usually takes 3-6 weeks to allow for appeals/hearings).

Every student signs an agreement to abide by the student conduct code, he agreed to it.

Since the trial is so long away, the university has to side with the accuser (especially as it sounds like the accused’s teammates can back that she is likely telling the truth based on what they observed). You can't have a potential rapist stalking other women on your campus based on what transpired.

If he is found guilty, I hope that someone cuts off his manhood and force feeds it to him. Harming women and children is the lowest of the low. When you prey on those weaker than yourself, you choose the consequences

UCF Student Code of Conduct doesn't have the same standards as the court of law, plus, all students, agree to a "code of conduct", along with those that live on-campus in Univ Housing, like the accused.

There is probably ample evidence of intoxication on campus and in on-campus housing that can get him kicked out of school (and/or treatment against someone intoxicated) that the court of law won't even bother with.
