Dude is a beast! I don't know that he's as good as Wolfe when he was here, but he's the same build as John Hughes and seems more athletic and gifted as far as making plays. Do you NFL guys/fans think he's draft worthy?

Yes. Right now, I'd peg him anywhere in the 3rd-5th rounds. If he has a strong Senior year then 2nd round is possible IMO. He is on pace to have his best season as a Bearcat - the timing couldn't be any better for him and for us.

2015 28 Total Tackles/2 Loss/0 Sacks/2 Passes Def/0 Forced Fumbles
2016 42 Total Tackles/5 Loss/2.5 Sacks/2 Passes Def/0 FF
2017 34 Total Tackles/3.5 Loss/1 Sacks/1 Passes Def/0 FF
2018 13 Total Tackles/7.5 Loss/3.5 Sacks/2 Passes Def/2 FF

As a comparable, here are Derek Wolfe's numbers (includes Bowls)...

2008 3 Total Tackles/1 Loss/1 Sacks/0 Passes Def/0 Forced Fumbles
2009 41 Total Tackles/8 Loss/5 Sacks/0 Passes Def/1 FF
2010 48 Total Tackles/6.5 Loss/4 Sacks/1 Passes Def/0 FF
2011 70 Total Tackles/21.5 Loss/9.5 Sacks/1 Passes Def/2 FF
Derek selected 2nd Round/36th Overall

John Hughes...

2008 20 Total Tackles/2.5 Loss/2 Sacks/0 Passes Def/1 Forced Fumble
2009 23 Total Tackles/6 Loss/2 Sacks/0 Passes Def/0 FF
2010 47 Total Tackles/4.5 Loss/0 Sacks/1 Passes Def/0 FF
2011 51 Total Tackles/12.5 Loss/5 Sacks/1 Passes Def/0 FF
John selected 3rd Round/87th Overall

I think he's going to have to continue proving himself this year. I see him as a legit NFL prospect, however I see him a bit further back in the draft....for now. It's hard to judge an interior guy on sacks, but he can prove he's a legit disrupter by getting in the backfield and creating tackles for loss. He's killing it right now....just has to sustain it for the season.

Right now, i'm guessing 4th - 6th round.

He's an NFL player. I don't have much doubt about that. Like marcuscan said, he's probably a 4th-6th rounder right now, but I have no doubt he'll make the league and be a solid player. He's turned into a rather dominating DT. Copeland has turned out to be pretty darn good as well.
