Yes, they do offer replays.

I'd rather NIU offer to televise these games online and I pay the $4.99 to NIU athletics. I could care less to watch any of the other events on ESPN+ platform

But, where else can you see Bluefield College vs. our beloved Presbyterian College Blue Hose? You CAN see them battle it out on ESPN+ at 6:00 pm on Saturday. That alone is worth the cost of a subscription, and you get SO much more!

ESPN3 still exists and some events will be on there. Just don't ask me how they decide which go where.
