Umm, lying is not a crime per se. Lying intentionally may be. But answers to perjury trap questions still have a way to go before constituting crimes.

Since Mach is so worried about lying under oath and lying to the Senate I fully expect him to contact his federal legislative delegation and demand the immediate charging and arrest of former CIA director John Brennan and former Director of National Security James Clapper for the very crime he is decrying here.

But somehow I imagine he will claim that is something different.

The GOP piles travesty upon travesty. To allow a mentally unstable President who is awash in criminality to make a lifetime appointment to the Supreme Court of a nominee who has committed perjury on 5 occasions is the height of corruption.
