Team over country. Laughable.
When you point a finger at somebody three more are pointing right back at you.
Not pointing a finger, just making an observation.
If you want to direct the team over country accusation toward me, then kindly identify the team and country involved. And while you are at it, you might want to explain what is team over country about my positions on, say, gay rights (favor equality but not to the extent of violating rights of straights), or abortion (pro-choice with restrictions), or free trade (favor it and oppose tariffs), or the wall (oppose it), or any number of other issues.
If you don't want to be characterized as team over country, then kindly identify issues where you have gone against your team. You don't have to tell us what team, we already know that.

Wow, I listened to that podcast you posted Mach. Dworkin is crazy with TDS.
At best, Democrats have emails that "suggest" Kavanaugh may not have been truthful. They don't have proof that he lied and he may have in fact not lied, i.e. he may be telling the truth!

OK - what about these stolen documents? Did Kavanaugh steal them? What exactly did he lie about? I'm not following the clown show that closely anymore. We know how it's going to end up. The only thing we are seeing is kabuki theater by our politicians for the midterms. The pathetic display by Corey Booker alone should be a big clue of how big of a joke this is.

Lol, I’m on my phone so I never saw the podcast link in the tweet, but did OP really link to a dworkin podcast?
Bahahahahahaha
Does OP also follow the convicted wire fraudsters and #resistance fake news peddling krassensteins? Is this a KABOOM?!

Okay. I’m embarrassed to admit this, but I just forfeited about an hour of my life to try to figure out WTF this “Kavanaugh = perjurer” thing is all about. And unless there is a boatload of evidence that Dworkin is about to unload, this is nothing. It’s less than nothing. Not one single person (Senator or otherwise) who has expressed public support for Kavanaugh’s nomination will take this seriously.

The left leaning ABA gave Kavanaugh its' highest rating. Apparently they now will be going under the bus.

Just curious... does being a liar make people unfit only for the SCOTUS?
Or would it also make people unfit for being POTUS, as well? Because I've got a new medical plan since I couldn't keep the one I had. Oh, and I'm paying more for it now, too.
So, help me out here. Who exactly can't lie and who can?

Oh, that doesn't count. Lying is okay, as long as it was democrats doing it.
I've said before, I'll say again. All I want is to see the same rule applied with equal vigor to all.

Mach, let me ask you one question. Exactly what is the substance of the lie, as you understand it? What was true, what he said that was untrue, in what context, under what conditions?

He was blind copied on the email. That does not mean that he was invited, and it sure as hell doesn't mean he attended or participated in any other way. A blind copy is just a way of appraising him that a meeting was going to happen. You are going to need more than that to get perjury. A lot, lot more. Including both 1) different facts, and 2) proof of intent to deceive.
Apparently from the record produced, Kennedy didn't really pursue follow-on aggressively. Why do you suppose he didn't?

OK, looking at the other emails, there is at least one where he was copied instead of BCC. That still doesn't mean he "participated" in any material way.

He said he wasn't "handling" it. You can do all kinds of advisory actions to something and have nothing to do with handling it. That is done by the decision makers and the actors themselves.
