Read an article the other day about multiple women getting eye cancer that attended the same college at the same time.
Just an observation that I had.
Not only did both McCain and Kennedy die of the same type of brain cancer, they died on the same day nine years apart. This article mentions that it affects 10,000 people a year.
The outcry over Trump's condolence message is ridiculous. Neither McCain nor Trump liked one another. I'm glad Trump didn't put out a phony ass statement like the majority of Dems. He made a short, respectful post, which was more than appropriate considering their relationship and history.
As a non-McCain fan, I also say RIP, condolences to the family. And I leave it at that.

It's also wild to think that he didn't outlive his mother (who is still alive at 106 years old!).
RIP.
Spouse and I noted the same thing.
Glioblastoma is not a common type of cancer and yet three people connected to each other in life but not genetically connected ALL died of it. Makes you wonder if there is some connection yet unrevealed i.e. something they were all exposed too.
Quote:Tonight — tonight, more than any night, I hold in my heart nothing but love for this country and for all its citizens, whether they supported me or Sen. Obama, I wish Godspeed to the man who was my former opponent and will be my president.
And I call on all Americans, as I have often in this campaign, to not despair of our present difficulties but to believe always in the promise and greatness of America, because nothing is inevitable here.
Americans never quit. We never surrender. We never hide from history. We make history. Thank you, and God bless you, and God bless America.

There's numerous women in my life that have all contracted breast cancer. I don't remember it being this prevalent in the olden days. I sometimes wonder whether microwave ovens have anything to do with this phenomenon. Do any of youse guys that were born before microwave ovens ever heard of so many cases of breast cancer in those days? Has there ever been a study on this?

There are two alternative theories on this:
Women that have had an abortion are supposedly more susceptible of getting breast cancer. I don't believe this is true but I would not rule it out either.
Bras. No, seriously. There is a theory that the cells get too clumped together and that if a woman doesn't wear a bra it cuts her odds of getting breast cancer.
I do not know if either of these are bunk. I just wanted to put it out there for your thinking caps n' stuff.

My grandmother had breast cancer well before microwave ovens were in common use in homes. (The first microwave for home use was sold in 1946.)
Abigail Adams (daughter of John Adams) died from metastic breast cancer. Nabby, as she was known, had a full mastectomy because the doctor knew if he tumor was contained in the breast and they removed the breast she would live. I can not imagine the pain of a mastectomy done around 1800.
Breast cancer is not a new thing.
I think it just seems to happen more now because people aren't dying of other things first. People used to die of diseases we are now vaccinated for, die of infections, die in childbirth, etc. all things that happen very rarely now.
What is in the Dossier that is fake? Yes unsubstantiated sure. When you call it fake that is a blatant lie. Stop the lying. I know your orange haired leader lies every time he opens the pie hole but you should try to attain to a higher status. Lying constantly is not a status one should try to achieve in life. Be a better person!
