And its a party thing too. Cape Town looked like it was going to run out of water and the national government wasn't doing anything. That province was the only one not run by the dominant party. Of course, it was also the only province that was mere plurality "Black" as it has a large number of "Coloreds" as they call them in South Africa.

South Africa has become really dangerous. The government has lost control of crime. This present government has a lot of corruption issues. Expropriating land and giving it to their friends probably would not be surprising.
