Boers, white farmers didn't colonize anything. Most traced their roots to indentured servitude near the coast. After a hundred years or so they went into the interior of what is today S. Africa. They got along well with and traded with various tribes they encountered. Nobody owned the land. The Bantus kept coming south and killing all tribes. The wide scale killing were Bantu blacks on whites a couple hundred years later.

Why does it matter it you walk to an area/land, take a horse or a boat and settle the land? The indigenous Khoesan could have settled land same for the violent Bantu, they just didn't know how to farm like the Boers. The Boers had nothing to do with apartheid, same for creating the laws or forming the country of S. Africa. They are no different than settlers that came to the USA.

It is the same stupid argument that Euro stole the native American land. Native Americans waged wars against each other and took land from each other for hundreds and hundreds of years. What it comes down to is how successful your tribe is and can you claim the land and then have backing from a so called government. Lush your house is sitting what was once Native American land.
