He’s a nice guy and the mom is nice, too. They have raised DJ to be humble and respectful, always “Yes sir, yes ma’am”. Good kid, good parents.

I would be surprised if he handled DJ’s recruitment in a “Keelonesque” manner. VERY surprised. Sounds like BS to me.

Exactly! Try coaching a kid in HS then NOT talking to him prior to going to college. Regardless of scenario you're going to talk to, mentor and encourage your kids.

Everybody in Kentucky was fine with the Jeffries until the decommit ... So now they got issues. That's to be expected ... Pig's gonna squeal when ya take away their food.

I heard the Cory Jeffries interview and it was the first time I'd heard the dad. I was leary (Keelon syndrome). I was actually very impressed. Seemed total opposite of Keelon. There was no "me" or "I". He seemed like a solid dad. He even said DJ doesn't have to be the center of everything and can work well with most players (another opposite of Lawson).

I noticed UK got a commitment yesterday from a SF rated lower than DJ.
