I thought it was interesting that this movement was started by a longtime Democrat. The guy also happens to be gay. He stated that he didn't like where the Democratic party was heading - i.e. extremism, socialism, activism, too loose in dealing with illegal immigration, no real platforms, etc.
Apparently many people that consider themselves Democrats don't even like the party these days.
This has been discussed here on this board recently. It is a movement that is gaining momentum everyday. When this video came out yesterday, you can be assured the #walkaway movement gained a large number of new members. When Maxine Waters and socialist Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez are the face of your party, you are losing members in droves.
It's going viral, that's for sure. I saw the founder on Ingraham the other night. He is going to be the next Milo, except not controversial. That's bad news for the alt-left.
