As such, he has well-placed allies around the capital.

Multiple sources involved in the selection process inside and outside the administration told TheDCNF that the most serious consideration is being given to Kavanaugh and Barrett, two conservative justices included on Trump’s previously released list of potential nominees.

Both are good choices but Barrett would be a double win. Remember that she was the nominee that Diane Feinstein attacked over her Catholic faith. Get to show ads with dims attacking a woman and her faith.

Yeah, I'm hoping it's Barrett as well. Fine choice and good optics right before the midterms as dims throw every bare-handed hot turd they can dig out of their worthless, hypocritical asses at her.

My brother the law professor says Kavanaugh would be a disaster. He doesn't seem to be as concerned with Barrett, and in fact, one of his conservative compatriots thinks Barrett is great.

And I think all of you are greatly over-estimating the backlash of any testy hearings. The Republicans didn't face much backlash from their Garland shenanigans. At this point, America expects nothing less than a soap opera for any Supreme Court justice confirmation hearings.
