Maybe - just maybe - approval ratings have less to do with social problems, and more to do with being able to making ends meet and putting food on the table. Once you can do that comfortably, then you can actually try to help others. Kind of a domino effect - right?

I forget the exact phrase but it is something like - if you give somebody fish, they can eat that day, but if you teach them how to fish, they will eat for life....
