They pay them negotiated contracts. I'd say they pay them what they should.

I don't understand why a surcharge isn't applied if an issue....it's either that or eliminate the snails all together....

all I see is USPS isn't competitive vs. private......and I hardly give a thought as to the 'why'.....me gubberments.....

if AMZ is going there, then they're only trying to continue to drive up the price per share moving forward.....that's what public corps do.....

they're beginning to climb to their law of diminishing.......

regardless, it means nothing to this consumer.......I don't play in that pigpen of shopping for goods....
