Oh, and guess who is 79 years old. Steven Breyer.

How about 4 ?!

Do that and it is a 7-2 libertarian/center-right court.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg - 85
Anthony Kennedy - 81
Stephen Breyer - 79
Clarence Thomas - 70
Samuel Alito - 68
Sonia Sotomayor - 64
John Roberts - 63
Elena Kagan - 58
Neil Gorsuch - 50

Ginsburg and Breyer really need to hang it up.

What I would give for Trump to select a 45-ish, black, conservative woman. Suicide Hotlines throughout California would get lit up like a red alert on the Enterprise.

We kind of missed this yesterday with everything else going on, but fired, loser, Obama fluffer Xavier Beccara lost a supreme court case dealing with pro-life pregancy centers in California.
