Democrats and persons of color make personal choices to move. This makes it hard to keep voter their voter registration updated.
This is the fault of Republicans.
The urban poor have to move more frequently because of economic concerns. This is known. They also can't afford to spend days off of work tracking down voter IDs every time they move. That's why the GOP has these rules. Because it makes it harder for urban Democrats to vote.
That's also why they want to limit early voting.
Odd. California has (for the intent of knowing which district to count your votes) the same requirements.

Now if you are talking about those on the lowest end that have the highest % of not voting or not even registering to vote. Maybe. Those that move/evicted often is the lowest group of people to vote.
So tell me why would "people of color" move more than people who are not that are in the same class? They don't it's just another made up bull**** remark by you.
Do you not know what it takes to move even for poor people or working class people no matter white, black, yellow, brown, red? No one is moving often enough for it to matter. Unless it's for their job. First and last month, plus deposit, plus fees to transfer utilities and then the actual move. We are talking $1500 to $2,000 if you live in a area with $500 a month apts. Well over 5k in large cities. So if a person can afford to move often....they probably have 2 forms of electronics that connects to the Internet.
